Following an investigation into drug trafficking, Brandon police report that members of the Organized Crime Section and the Operational Support and Crime Suppression Unit executed a search warrant to a residence in the 200 block of 26th Street on January 11, 2022. Police seized 50 grams of Methamphetamine, 20 grams of Fentanyl, $1800 cash and a .22 caliber rifle with ammunition. Four individuals were arrested and face charges.
A 35-year-old woman was arrested and later released to appear in court on March 10, 2022 on charges of Possess Meth for the Purpose of Trafficking, Possess Proceeds of Crime, and Possession of Property Obtained by Crime.
A 45-year-old man was arrested and later release to appear in court on March 3, 2022 on a charge of Unauthorized Possession of a Firearm.
A 48-year-old man was arrested and later released to appear in court on March 3, 2022 on charges of Unauthorized Possession of a firearm and Possess Firearm Contrary to Prohibition Order.
A 42-year-old man was arrested and lodged at Brandon Police Service and appeared in court yesterday on charges of Possess Meth for the Purpose of Trafficking, Possess Fentanyl for the Purpose of Trafficking, Possess Proceeds of Crime, and Unauthorized Possession of a Firearm.

On January 13, 2022, shortly after 1:00 am, Brandon police stopped a vehicle in the 2400 block of Victoria Avenue. Police say the 21-year-old female driver allegedly showed signs of impairment, but refused to provide breath samples. She was arrested and later released to appear in occur on January 24, 2022 on charges of Driving While Ability Impaired and Fail or Refuse to Provide Sample with Demand.

On January 12, 2022, at 9:30 am, police responded to a report of a disturbance at a residence. Police say a 39-year-old man had allegedly threatened death to a family member during the disturbance. He was reportedly under the influence of illicit drugs and was allegedly seen sharpening knives during the disturbance. A suspect was arrested and lodged at Brandon Police Service. He is to appear in court on April 4, 2022 on a charge of Uttering Threats.

On January 12, 2022 shortly before 11:00 am, Brandon police responded to a report of an assault in a residence. They say a 28-year-old man allegedly assaulted the victim with whom he was to have no communication. Police say the suspect was also not to be in possession of any weapons, but was reportedly found in possession of several homemade weapons. He was arrested and later released and will appear in court on March 10, 2022 on charges of Assault, Possession of a Weapon and Fail to comply with Release Order. The victim did not require medical attention.

On January 12, 2022 at 6:30 pm, police responded to a report of a disturbance in a residence. Police say one of the occupants was found to be the cause of the issue by damaging things within the residence while intoxicated. Others within the home were reportedly unable to prevent his behavior from escalating. A 15-year-old male youth was arrested and lodged at Brandon Police Service until sober.

On January 12, 2022, police responded to a report of an intoxicated male throwing things at residences while yelling in the 1100 block of 20th Street. Police located a 34-year-old man who was in no condition to care for himself. He was lodged at Brando Police Service until sober.
On January 13, 2022, at 1:00 am, police responded to a report of an intoxicated male in the 1500 block of Stickney Avenue. Police located a 44-year-old man who was in no condition to care for himself, and had nowhere to stay. He was lodged at Brandon Police Service until sober.
On January 12, 2022, at 9:30 am, police responded to a report of an intoxicated male in the 100 block of 18 Street. Police say a male was in no condition to care for himself and had no one to look after him. He was lodged at Brandon Police Service until sober.

On January 12, 2022, shortly before midnight, police responded to a report of a male in the area of the 700 block of Assiniboine who appeared to be checking vehicles. Police located a 34-year-old man in the area who was wanted on outstanding charges of Careless Use of a Firearm. He was arrested and later released to appear in court on a later date.
On January 12, 2022, police located and arrested a 19-year-old mam who was wanted on outstanding charges of Mischief to Property Under $5000, and Fail to Attend Court. He was alter released to appear in court on March 10, 2022.
