The City of Brandon Parks & Recreation Services, along with community supporters, are inviting all residents to join us for a National Garden Day Celebration. The event takes place on Saturday, June 18th, 2022 at Stanley Park (15th Street & Princess Avenue) from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
This FREE event will feature plant giveaways, hot dog BBQ, live music, First Peoples gardening exhibition, kid’s entertainment, spray park, and lawn bowling.

The week leading up to the National Garden Day will be a week of Garden Days from June 11th to 19th, 2022. Throughout the week, there will be gardening workshops, promotions at participating businesses, and recognition of our local Garden Heroes who contribute to Brandon’s garden culture.
On April 8th, 2022, the City of Brandon announced that we are proud to join municipalities across Canada in declaring 2022 the Year of the Garden.
The City would like to thanks its community supporters in helping make this event possible, including the Brandon Garden Club, Westman Gardeners, Bee City Brandon, the Green Spot Home & Garden, Brandon Neighbourhood Renewal Corporation, and Westoba Credit Union.
