Four people were injured in a two-vehicle crash south of Brandon Wednesday afternoon (Aug 31).
Manitoba RCMP spokesperson Paul Manaigre says “the collision was reported at 3:00 pm and involved a northbound pickup that veered into the oncoming lane and collided with a southbound SUV.
Injuries were reported to the two occupants of the pickup, an 83-year-old male driver and his 79-year-old female passenger, who were both taken to hospital with what appears to be non-life threatening injuries.
The 60-year-old male driver of the SUV and a female passenger (no age as of yet) were also injured and taken to hospital with what appears to be non-life threatening injuries.”
The highway was re-opened late Wednesday afternoon.
