On October 16, 2023, at approximately 1:30 am, Brandon Police Service attended with BFES to a residential house fire in the 100 block of Rideau Street. All the occupants including the family pets made it out safely. The fire is believed to have started accidentally from items cooking on the stove.

On October 15, 2023, shortly before 6:00 pm, police came across a 17-year-old male in the 1500 block of 13th Street. Police were aware that the male was wanted for Fail to Comply with Probation. He was arrested and later released to appear in court on December 19th, 2023.

On October 15, 2023, shortly before 10:00 pm, Brandon police conducted a traffic stop near Highway 1 and 1st Street N. An 18-year-old female passenger was found to be wanted on outstanding charges of Fail to attend Court. She was arrested and later released to appear in court on November 2, 2023.

On October 16, 2023, shortly after 1:00 am, police conducted a traffic stop in the 1100 block of Lorne Avenue. The driver was found to be bound by a release condition not to attend Brandon. The 33-year-old male was arrested and later released to appear in court on December 28, 2023, on a charge of Fail to Comply with Release Order.
