On the morning of 2023-11-29, Brandon police responded to a disturbance at a residence in the 700 block of Braecrest Drive. A check of police records for a 35-year-old male revealed him to have an outstanding warrant. In addition, he was he was determined to be failing to comply with a condition of his release order by communicating with a female that was present. The accused was lodged at BPS to appear in court 2023-11-30.

On the evening of 2023-11-29, Brandon police conducted a traffic stop in the 200 block of Louise Avenue. A check of police records revealed that vehicle was previously reported stolen on 2023-11-28. A 29-year-old operator and lone occupant was taken into custody without incident. The male has been released from police custody with conditions to appear in court 2024-01-18, for a charge of Possession of Property Obtained by Crime.

Police say a male was determined to be intoxicated by drugs and provided police with a false name. A check of police records for the true identity of the accused revealed that he is bound by a release order whereby he was violating his curfew condition. The 27-year-old male has been lodged at BPS to appear for court 2023-11-30, for the charges of Public Mischief and Failure to Comply with Release Order.
