On December 3, 2023, Brandon police received a report of a Break and Enter to a garage on Wascana Drive. The suspect made entry by prying open the door. On December 3, 2023, shortly before 10:00 am, police responded to a report of a disturbance in the 200 block of Dennis Street. An intoxicated 56-year-old male located in the area was allegedly causing problems. He was arrested and lodged at Brandon Police Service to be released once sober.

On June 4, 2023, police responded to report of a lost credit card that had been used fraudulently. A 31-year-old male suspect was identified via video surveillance from the business where the transactions took place. On December 3, 2023, police located and arrested the male. He was later released to appear in court on February 5, 2023, on a charge of Fraud Use of Credit Card.
