On February 1st, 2024, at 11:06 am, a business in the 500 block of 8th Street called Brandon police to report an intoxicated male causing a disturbance outside the business. Police attended and arrested a 32-year-old male. He will be released in the morning.

On February 1st, 2024, at 0900 am Police were called to a residence on Queens Crescent for a disturbance. A 29-year-old male was arrested as he was in violation of his court order by having contact with a 25-year-old female at the residence.

On February 1st, 2024, a 25-year-old male was arrested on an assault charge. On November 16th, 2023, a 60-year-old male reported having been assaulted by the accused outside a residence in the 1200 block of 10th Street. The accused was finally located on this date and will appear in court on March 28th ,2024.

On February 1st, 2024, at 8:40 pm, police attended to a residence in the 100 block of 2nd Street. A 19-year-old female was arrested as there was an outstanding warrant for breaching her probation. She will be held for court on February 2nd, 2024.
