A funeral is to be held in Carman, Manitoba today for the five people found murdered on February 11th.
The funeral is for Amanda Clearwater, her children – Bethany, Jayven and Isabella Manoakeesick – and her teenaged niece Myah-Lee Gratton.
Their bodies were discovered at multiple crime scenes in and around Carman.
Clearwater’s common-law partner, Ryan Manoakeesick, has been charged with 5 counts of first degree murder.
People attending the service, which is reportedly closed to the media, have been asked to wear purple.
