Did you know that today, February 29, 2024, is National Toast Day? Who knew, maybe you did, but I didn’t know that this day is actually celebrated on the last Thursday in February this year! And who doesn’t like toast for breakfast? Me, actually for now! I am on a no carb diet because of high inflammation levels in my knee. P.s, I need MCL repair surgery, yikes! I really do miss my morning toast. I used to love toast with peanut butter and Welch’s grape jelly, or my other fav–with cheese wiz and bacon bite! I know, weird huh? lol…
