‘Tis the season to get in shape for summer! Tim was sharing this morning on the radio that he and his lovely wife are gearing up, getting healthier, and have ordered a “talking scale”, basically when you jump on, someone tells you your current weight? Say what? Oh my, that wouldn’t fly in my house, that’s for sure. However, having said that, researchers are now saying that women like Dad bods!! Bucknell University found out that the “Dad bod” coveys to women that a man is good to “nest with”, saying women attracted to this type of physique may be looking for balanced family life and softer personality traits. So, Dads, and guys in general, if you have a “toned body”, which is by the way, typically associated with higher testosterone levels, and could be associated with increased aggression! Yikes!! Tim shares with us, he is in the “Dad bod” category, and he’s not sure just what his talking weight scale is really going to say to him? Maybe, “Hi Dad”, lol!
