Assault by Choking/Forcible Confinement/Utter Threats
On October 30th police received a call reporting a female screaming in an apartment in the 600 block of Pacific Avenue. Upon members attending they located the female who reported she had been assaulted. The 20-year-old male suspect was located inside the residence and arrested. He was held in detention cells and will attend court this morning.
Arrest Warrant – Fail to Attend – Fingerprints
On October 30th Manitoba First Nations Police located a 32-year-old female that was wanted on outstanding Brandon Police Service charges of Fail to Attend for Fingerprints. She was arrested and released to appear in court on November 28, 2024.
Arrest Warrant – Fail to Comply – Undertaking
On October 30th Police were investigating a traffic collision when they located a 49-year-old female who was wanted on outstanding RCMP charges of Fail to Comply with Undertaking. She was released to appear in court on February 12, 2025.
Fail to Comply – Release Order/Undertaking (Consume/No Contact)
On October 30th while on an unrelated call, police officers located a 17-year-old female who was found to be breaching Release Order and Undertaking conditions not to consume alcohol and to have no contact with a specific individual. She was arrested and held in detention cells to appear in court this morning.
Breach of Peace
On October 30th police received a call reporting a 17-year-old male causing a disturbance at a business in the 500 block of 1st Street. Upon arrival police located the intoxicated male. An attempt to turn him over to family was made but unsuccessful. He was held in detention cells to be released once sober.

On October 30th police received a call reporting a 36-year-old male who was intoxicated and causing problems at a residence in the 000 block of Willowdale Crescent. Police attended and removed him. He was held in detention cells to prevent any further issues and will be released once sober.
Theft Under $5000
On October 23th a report of a stolen “tip jar” from a business in the 300 block of 10th Street came in. Video surveillance lead to the identification of a 23-year-old female suspect. On October 30th, she was arrested and held in detention cells to appear in court this morning.
Fail to Comply – Release Order (Curfew)
On October 31st police conducted a curfew check on a 24-year-old male. He was not located at the address where he was court ordered to reside. He was later located and arrested for Fail to Comply with Release Order curfew. He was held in detention cells and will attend court this morning.
Arrest Warrant – Theft Under $5000
On October 31st Police located a 34-year-old female who was wanted on outstanding charges of Theft Under $5000. She was arrested and released to appear in court on November 28, 2024.
Arrest Warrant – Fail to Attend Court
On October 31st Police located a 29-year-old male who was wanted on outstanding charges of Fail to Attend Court x2. He was arrested and held in detention cells to appear in court this morning.
