-The Brandon Wheat Kings fell 3-1 to the Vancouver Giants on Sunday. Brandon’s next game is tomorrow night in Kelowna.
-The Brandon AAA U18 Wheat Kings topped the Interlake Lightning 4-2 on Sunday to remain in 1st place in the league with a 28-4-0-2 record. On Tuesday, the Wheat Kings travel to Dauphin to take on the Parkland Rangers. In the Manitoba U18 AAA Female Hockey League – Brandon beat Central Plains 5-1, while Eastman edged Westman 2-1.
-The Winnipeg Jets return to action in Utah tonight. Winnipeg is coming off a 3-1 loss to the Flames on Saturday.
-In the PWHL – Montreal got by Ottawa 2-1.
-The NFL Conference Championships are set for this coming Sunday. The Washington Commanders visit the Philadelphia Eagles in the NFC Final – and the Kansas City Chiefs host the Buffalo Bills for the AFC crown.
