Arrest Warrants
On April 29th at 11:24AM a 15-year-old female turned herself in to BPS (Brandon Police Service) as she was aware of a Warrant for her Arrest (Failure to Attend Court). She was arrested and released on an Appearance Notice with a court date of May 27th, 2025.
On April 29th the Police located 38-year-old female in the 900 block of Pacific Avenue who had a Warrant for Arrest (Failure to Attend Prints). She was arrested, printed and released. The court date is set for May 29th, 2025.
On April 29th at 4:18PM Police attended a residence in the 600 block of 8th Street and arrested a 21-year-old male. The male was breaching Undertaking conditions by being at the residence / having contact. He also had an Arrest Warrant for Assault. He was held in detention cells at BPS and will attend court in the morning on April 30th, 2025 on charges of Assault and Failure to Comply Undertaking X2.
Assault
On April 28th at 6:30PM a report of an Assault came to BPS. A female stated that she had been kicked by a 31-year-old female while in the 700 block of Rosser Avenue. On April 29th at 3:36PM the suspect was located near the 800 block of Rosser Avenue and arrested. She was released on an Undertaking with a court date of July 7th, 2025.
Assault
On April 29th at 8:03PM a report of an Assault between two parents came in to BPS. BPS Members attended the residence on Durum Drive. A 51-year-old male was charged with Assault and released via Undertaking. A court date of July 27th, 2025 has been set.
Theft Under
On April 30th at 8:09PM staff from a business in the 900 block of Victoria Avenue reported a female had just stolen approximately $100 in cosmetics and left. She was identified by video surveillance and apprehended soon after at her residence in the 500 block of 11th Street. She was arrested, printed and released on an Undertaking. A court date of July 7th, 2025 has been set.
Public Mischief / Arrest Warrant
On April 29th at 11:07PM a traffic stop was conducted in the 700 block of Princess Avenue. A 38-year-old female was a passenger in the vehicle and initially she falsely identified herself and continued to pass this off as her name. Her real name was learned, and it was found she had an Unendorsed Warrant for Arrest (Failure to Attend Court). She was arrested, held in detention cells and will attend court in the morning on April 30th, 2025.
Failure to Comply Undertaking
On April 30th at 2:14AM a curfew check was conducted on a 40-year-old male in the 2200 block of 9th Street. Members learned that he was not there, nor had he ever lived there. A secondary address was advised. Members attended a residence in the 200 block of 4th Street, and he was found there. He was arrested and held in detention cells for court in the morning on April 30th, 2025.
Impaired Driving / Driver Over .08
On April 30th at 2:28AM a traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle in the 100 block of Park Avenue. Police say the driver, a 38-year-old male, blew a fail on the roadside and was arrested. He was brought back to BPS where he provided samples of 100 and 90mgs%. He was charged and turned over to a family member. A court date of May 5th, 2025 has been set.
