-Last night – the Edmonton Oilers doubled the Vegas Golden Knights 4-2 in Game 1 of their second round series – and the Carolina Hurricanes beat the Washington Capitals 2-1 in overtime to take a 1-0 series lead.
-In the Professional Women’s Hockey League – Minnesota is in Toronto for Game 1 of their Best-of-5 Semifinal series.
-The L-A Angeles beat the Toronto Blue Jays 8-3 on Tuesday. The series continues today.
