-The Toronto Blue Jays beat the Seattle Mariners 6-2 to force a deciding Game 7 tonight in the American League Championship Series. The winner will face the Los Angeles Dodgers in the World Series.
-The Winnipeg Jets are in Calgary tonight against the Flames. The Jets are on a 4 game winning streak.
-The Brandon Wheat Kings are back home this Saturday to host the Lethbridge Hurricanes. Brandon lost 6-4 to the Regina Pats this past Saturday.
-The Brandon Bobcats women’s soccer team finished the season 10-1-1, and has earned home field advantage in the playoffs. The MCAC Final Four goes October 25-26 in Brandon.
-In the NFL tonight – the Detroit Lions host the Tampa Bay Buccaneers – and the Houston Texans visit the Seattle Seahawks.
