Assault / Forcible Confinement / Failure to Comply Release Order x2
On October 23rd at approximately 11:26 a.m., police responded to a residence in the 1200 block of 10th Street for a report of a possible assault. Upon arrival, officers received no response at the door and observed a male barricading the entrance from inside. Police forced entry and located a 37-year-old female who had sustained minor injuries and sore ribs after being assaulted by a 41-year-old male present at the scene. The male suspect was arrested and transported to BPS detention cells pending a court appearance the following morning. It was further determined that the male had breached his Release Order conditions, specifically regarding his place of residence and failure to obtain a Judge’s permission to change addresses.
Theft Under $5000
On October 22nd at 9:30 p.m., a theft occurred at a business located in the Corral Centre. Approximately $160 worth of merchandise had been stolen. Upon reviewing video surveillance, officers were able to identify the female suspect. Police subsequently attended the residence of the suspect in the 2000 block of McDonald Avenue. The 32-year-old female was home and was arrested for the Theft. The female was later released on an Appearance Notice with a court date of January 5th, 2026.
Assault
At approximately 4:34 p.m., police were flagged down and informed that a female had been punched in the face at a residence in the 700 block of 6th Street. Officers attended the address provided and were let inside the residence by a 25-year-old female, who had visible blood on her face. The 30-year-old male suspect was located upstairs in a bedroom, where he was found to be highly intoxicated. The male was placed under arrest and transported to BPS detention cells, where he was held for court in the morning.
Failure to Comply Release Order x3
At approximately 11:03 p.m., police responded to a request for assistance in removing a highly intoxicated and no longer welcome individual from a residence in the 400 block of 12th Street. The individual, a 24-year-old female, was found to be breaching her Release Order conditions, which included a curfew and a condition not to consume or possess alcohol. She was arrested and transported to BPS detention cells, where she was held for court in the morning.
Resist Arrest
At approximately 11:51 p.m., police were dispatched to the same residence in the 400 block of 12th Street following a report of another extremely intoxicated individual causing issues. Upon arrival, officers attempted to arrest the female who was causing the disturbance. The female resisted arrest and fled on foot but was quickly apprehended. While being taken into custody, she was combative with BPS members. The 19-year-old female was transported to BPS detention cells to sober up. Once sober, she will be released via Undertaking with a court date set for December 22nd, 2025.
Arrest Warrants
In the past 24 hours two individuals were arrested on the strength of their Warrants for Arrest. One was held for court in the morning while the other was released via Appearance Notice with a court date of November 20th, 2025.
