The Edmonton Oilers are officially eliminated from the Stanley Cup Playoffs after a 5-2 loss at the hands of the Anaheim Ducks. In a strange parallel, the Dallas Stars were eliminated in the same fashion, losing their game 6 on the road to the Minnesota Wild 5-2.
