A new survey shows three in four Manitobans want to eliminate seasonal time changes altogether. Permanent daylight time was the most popular option at 34 per cent, with fewer preferring permanent standard time.
Fatal Crash at Highway 110 Under Investigation
Brandon Police are offering condolences after a 49‑year‑old woman was killed in a three‑vehicle collision at Highway 110 and Richmond Avenue East. Police say 35‑year‑old semi‑truck driver Brijpal Panwar failed to stop at a stop sign before entering the intersection. He has been charged with Dangerous Driving Causing Death and is scheduled to appear in court today.
