A 35-year-old man has died and a 39-year-old man has suffered serious injuries after a rollover in the RM of Oakview, RCMP announced this morning.
According to police, the crash happened at about 4:35 PM on June 20. Police said they had learned that a westbound vehicle on Highway 24 had struck the gravel shoulder, overcorrected, crossed both lanes of the highway, and rolled in the ditch.
A 35-year-old man who was found inside the vehicle died of his injuries, while the 39-year-old man was ejected from the vehicle, suffered serious but non-life-threatening injuries, and was transported to hospital.
The cause of the collision is being investigated.
