Neepawa RCMP are asking for the public’s help in locating 35‑year‑old Vincent Hebert, who is wanted on several charges including possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000, failure to comply with a release order, and obtaining food and lodging by fraud.
Hebert is known to frequent both the Brandon and Neepawa areas.
