Proud hockey parents Bob and Lois Edmundson have put many miles on their vehicle following the playoff run of their son Joel’s team the St. Louis Blues.
Like many of his teammates, Joel Edmundson has elevated his game and become a big part of the Blues success in the playoffs.
The 6’4 215 pound blueliner has missed only two games because of injury in these playoffs.
In his 17 games the Brandon boy is a +1 while racking up seven points (1g and 6a) while logging an average of about 17 minutes ice time each game.
We reached out to Bob to get his thoughts on how the Blues have managed to get on a roll and what their chances are against the mighty Boston Bruins.
The Edmundsons have used St. Louis as a springboard while follow their son in Dallas and San Jose, during their time in the "show me" state, Bob says the city has embraced the Blues and it really is something to behold as the city and franchise look forward to their first Stanley Cup Finals appearance in 49 years.
Bob shares his thoughts on many more things concerning Joel and the Blues in our exclusive conversation.
