I LOVE finding a good deal! Going to thrift stores, second-hand stores, garage sales, flea markets and more. With the new safety and health protocols, garage sales can happen, but they will look a lot different than what we are used to. Either way I plan on attending as many as I can this summer. I have found items that bring back memories, items that make for great gifts and items that I just want. My all-time favourite market must be the one in Wawanesa. At the market I found Pyrex dishes that my grandmother used to have, and the memories flooded back. Great price, excellent condition and useful. Could you imagine though, finding an item worth millions at a garage sale? It has happened and some of the finds are incredible!
