Concern headed back to school for my kids is pretty low. A few questions, but that’s about it. Now mention the upcoming Halloween season and watch my living room explode! My kids are pretty worried about what Halloween will look like this year. Will trick-or-treating happen? Can the government cancel a holiday? You may have noticed Halloween stuff out earlier than usual. CNN reported some big candy retailers are selling earlier than usual, and opting for fall-themed packaging instead of spooky stuff.
Think about Halloween. Heading house-to-house, wearing a mask would make contact tracing pretty tough. So if collecting candy is off the table for 2020 will you still celebrate Halloween? Should it just be canceled? Or do we turn Halloween into Christmas, complete with trees and gifts?
In case you were wondering about costume trends this year, expect to see a little Joe Exotics and Carole Baskins.
