I absolutely LOVE pickles. Don’t listen to the people who tell you they aren’t a vegetable…if a cucumber is a vegetable, then a pickle just HAS to be by association, right?
Personally, I go for a dilly, VERY garlicky pickle…and yes, I love pickled garlic as well. What a treat! On the VERY rare occasion I’ll indulge in some bread and butter/Yum Yum/sweet pickles, but there’s just something about a tart, garlic-infused pickle that just sets my mouth to watering.
