Ever since the beginning of Covid-19 we have found ourselves floundering a bit and reinventing regular excursions and habits. One of the things this pandemic has enabled is for many of us to find alternate forms of entertainment. Social media is packed with hobbies, crafts, baking, outdoor family days and activities that enable us to keep busy. I’ve seen so many pictures of home made backyard skating rinks with the family having fun together on it. It got me wondering if these rinks, and crocheted blankets, and baking etc would have transpired had there not been a pandemic inspiring us to be creative.
