In the summer you may see people running or biking along the highways for a good cause. Much like Terry Fox, people challenge themselves with long-distance treks to raise money or awareness for a good cause. Some people though just like to challenge themselves. One of those people is Jesse Lasios. He has been in the news lately because he is on a quest to walk from Los Angeles to San Francisco. Doesn’t sound majorly newsworthy right? Well, Lasios is making this 400-mile journey in a Bear Costume named “Bearsun”. This is not the first time “BearSun” has made an apperance, they successfully ran the LA Marathon in March 2020.
