LAST TIME OUT – 4-1 Win vs Moose Jaw
Ben McCartney (1G-2A) continued to roll as the Wheat Kings earned their third and final victory over the Warriors last night. Ridly Greig (1G-1A) and Jake Chiasson (1G-1A) each had multi point nights while Ethan Kruger made 19 saves for the win.
WHO TO WATCH
Peyton Krebs – The WHL’s leading scorer has been limited offensively in the season series so far vs Brandon (1G-2A) but if the ICE are going to be successful this afternoon, they are going to need a big game from their captain.
Conor Geekie – The 16-year-old Strathclair product loves playing against the Wheat Kings. He has scored in every game so far vs Brandon and has 17 points in 18 games.

KEYS TO THE GAME PRESENTED BY MAINLINE MOTORS
No Momentum – The Wheat Kings need to build off their three-game winning streak and not led the ICE build any early momentum. On Wednesday, Riley Ginnell scored just 1:52 into the hockey game to give Brandon an early jump. The BWK will need more of that this afternoon.
Keep Up the Intensity– The Wheat Kings are just one point back of the Blades for top spot in the East Division. A win this afternoon would push them into sole possession of 1st place. You’ve come this far… why not play to win the whole thing??
