On September 6, 2021, police conducted a traffic stop in the 100 block of Rosser Avenue East at approximately 9:00 pm. The driver showed signs that she had been consuming alcohol; however, she refused to provide a sample of her breath on the ASD. Police also confirmed that she was the subject of Federal Parole, which was suspended. A 40-year-old woman was lodged at Brandon Police Service and will appear in court today (Sept 7)

On September 6, 2021, police observed a 35-year-old female in the company of an individual with whom she was to have no communication, while at a business in the 700 block of 10th street shortly after 12:00 pm. She was arrested and later released to appear in court on November 22, 2021.

On September 6, 2021, at approximately 1:00 am, police responded to a report of a disturbance near the area of the 800 block of Rosser Avenue. Police located and arrested the three individuals involved in the fight. Two of them were found in possession of meth. A 27-year-old man was lodged at Brandon Police Service and will be released once sober to appear in court on November 18, 2021 on a charge of Possession of Meth. A 35-year-old man was lodged at Brandon Police Service and will appear in court today on charges of Possession of Meth for the Purpose of Trafficking and Fail to comply with Release Order X2. And a 20-year-old male was also arrested and lodged at Brandon Police Service under the IPDA, as he was found to be in no condition to care for himself due to his intoxication level.

On September 7, 2021 at 12:30 am, police responded to a report of a 34-year-old female in the 1200 block of Victoria Avenue who was intoxicated with nowhere to stay. She was in no condition to care for herself, so she was lodged at Brandon Police Service until sober.
