– Southeast Drainage Project and other drainage issues
– Southwest Brandon Wastewater Servicing Project
– Recreation/Parks Initiatives including:
o Outdoor Sports Complex
o Proposed Aquatic Complex
– Traffic and Safety Issues, including Vision Zero
