THE SETUP
For the first time since February 26th, 2020 the Brandon Wheat Kings will meet up with the Swift Current Broncos. The Wheat Kings won all four games vs the Broncos last year, by a combined score of 26-5.

LAST TIME OUT – 5-3 Loss vs Winnipeg
Vincent Iorio, Ben McCartney and Nate Salame scored for Brandon, but a slow start and a parade to the penalty box cost the Wheat Kings on Tuesday night. The Raiders scored twice on the powerplay on route to their 2nd Hub victory. Connor Ungar made his first start of the season, making 19 saves.
WHO TO WATCH
Isaac Poulter – The Winnipeg, MB native has faced a ton of rubber and has given the Broncos a chance every night in the Hub. In 117 minutes this season, Poulter has faced 78 shots. Poulter has face 30+ shots in eleven of his last thirteen starts dating back to last season.
Caleb Wyrostock – The 17-year-old rookie from Medicine Hat, AB posted 48 points in 31 games last year with the NAX AAA program last season.

-Ridly Greig is serving game three of a three game suspension. He will be eligible to return on Saturday night.
-Jaxon Dube and Connor Ungar made their season debut’s on Tuesday afternoon. Jacob Hoffrogge is the only player who has yet to see action inside the ‘Hub’.
KEYS TO THE GAME PRESENTED BY MAINLINE MOTORS
Full 60 – The Wheat Kings have only put together a full sixty minute effort once this season. Tuesday afternoon was an anomaly. Brandon scored first but quickly found themselves behind the eight-ball. Brandon has outshot opponents 34-15 in the third period.
Stay Out of the Box – In order to be successfull, the Wheat Kings will have to stay out of the box. The Wheat Kings took five minor penalties on Tuesday and gave up two powerplay goals.
