On March 17, 2023, as a result of an ongoing investigation, officers from the Ste. Rose du Lac RCMP executed a search warrant at a residence located in Ebb & Flow First Nation.
As a result of the search, officers seized approximately 26 grams of cocaine, seven grams of methamphetamine, cash and other drug related paraphernalia.

Officers arrested Christine Mancheese, 34, from Ebb & Flow First Nation, who was charged with Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking x2 and Possession of Proceeds of Crime. She was later released for court scheduled May 17, 2023, in Dauphin.
The investigation continues.

On March 20, 2023, Ste. Rose du Lac RCMP along with Manitoba West District Crime Reduction Enforcement Support Team, executed a warrant at a residence in Bacon Ridge.
Officers seized over $35,000.00 in cash, 40 grams of cocaine, prescription pills, unstamped cigarettes and marihuana and drug paraphernalia.

Carlos Roulette, 55, has been charged with Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking, Possession of Property Obtained by Crime and Fail to Comply.
Charlene Roulette, 53, has been charged with Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking and Possession of Property Obtained by Crime.
RCMP continue to investigate.
