Burnt to Perfection

Camping season is upon us and (once burn bans are lifted) many a marshmallow will be roasted over open fires.  S’mores will become a weekend staple.  My family thinks it’s completely disgusting that I love my marshmallows burned to a crisp.  Let them catch fire and blow out the flame when the surface is entirely black.  Crispy on the outside, ooey gooey on the inside – Mm Mm Good!  Many people pride their roasting ablilities on being able to attain the perfectly toasted lightly browned all over roasted marshmallow.  Not me – I say Light ‘er up!
