I Just Can’t

A lot of fashion trends through the years have made me go huh???  Then there are the ones like big hair and shoulder pads, that I embraced whole heartedly thinking they were the best thing ever.  Now, looking back at pictures from that era, I find myself wondering “what the hell was I thinking?”  The one trend I have never been able to wrap my head around is wearing socks with sandals.  I once asked someone why they were wearing socks in their sandals and their response was “because my feet are cold”.  So….you wear sandals to keep your feet cool then put socks in them to keep your feet warm???  Makes zero sense to me but to each his own I guess.  It’s still something you’ll never catch me wearing.
