Mask Exemptions

Today the Prairie Mountain Health Region is officially Code Orange.  This means increased restrictions in an effort to squash rising numbers in confirmed Covid-19 cases.  I’m a bit confused by the new regulations.  I get the part about wearing masks in all public places, that just makes sense.  I also completely understand gatherings are not to be larger than 10 people indoors and out.  What I don’t get are the exceptions to this rule.  Medical condition exemptions are a no brainer.  I understand not wearing masks in restaurants when you are seated at the table but it escapes me why workplaces and religious ceremonies are exempt but weddings and funerals are not.  Regardless of the exemptions, I will wear my mask everywhere I go.  It’s the responsible thing to do and a small price to pay for everyone’s safety.
