Recently I joined a Facebook group from my hometown that invited members to share memories from growing up there. Over the next few days membership in the group exploded and the memories started pouring in. People started reconnecting with friends they haven’t seen or talked to in years. We’ve shared everything from photos of past businesses we wish were still there to favorite teachers, Doctors, popular hangouts and fashion trends from our era. There is even a memorial thread recognizing friends and community members that have passed away. It’s been such an enjoyable walk down memory lane.
