A Misery Index has been conducted in Canada by Macdonald-Laurier Institute to find the most Miserable province in the country. The Index looks at Disease Misery, Response Misery and Economic Misery to total the overall misery of a province.

There seems to be a trend, It seems the Provinces with leadership that has done a good job handling the pandemic have happier citizens. Who woulda thought.
